Mary’s Infused gummies

 

Ingredients

  • 1 small package of Jell-O

  • 3/4 cup juice divided

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 2 Tbsp infused coconut oil

  • 3 packets (0.25 oz each) gelatin

  • 1/4 tsp sunflower lecithin

Directions

1) Start Jello in the Butter Brewer

  • Combine Jell-O and 1/2 cup juice in Butter Brewer. Add honey, canna-oil, and lecithin over low heat (190°F),

  • Stir Frequently.

2. Mix gelatin

  • In a small bowl mix the gelatin with the remaining juice and allow to sit for five minutes.

3. Add the gelatin to the Jell-O

  • Add the gelatin to the Jell-O and cook (190°F) for 5-7 minutes.

  • Whisk (use silicone) almost constantly and get the sides of the pot.

4. Pour mixture into silicone molds

  • Pour the gummies mixture into silicone molds.

  • Allow to cool at room temperature and then chill in the fridge min. 6 hrs., 24 hrs. is best.
